Depending on your situation, try the following actions to fix your broken site preview
I get a white page
White page occurs if NoDns I/O is not able to fetch your content from the source site. Before attempting any modification, try firstly to reload the contents by clearing your site preview cache: Go to Dashboard, find the relevant domain name and click on Rebuild Cache.
Some hosting providers may block our automated requests in order to save bandwidth. If your preview creation is successful but displays Internal Error as a content, you may need to change your preview setup as follows:
- Log in to your NoDns I/O account
- Edit the project by using the Edit or Setting button
- Click on the advanced features tab
- Disable the Turbo Cache feature and choose Cache Visited instead
- Click on the Update Preview button
- Go the the Dashboard and click on the Rebuild Cache button if needed
If you still get white screen try the following operations:
- Make sure that the page you want to visit doesn’t redirect to other page
- Check that your website domain and server IP are correct
- Check that your domain and resource links don’t redirect to other domains
- Try to change the protocol from http:// to http://www and so on
- If the problem still persists, check that your hosting server doesn’t block NoDns I/O
